Is shutting a credit card account a huge mistake?

Talk about credit cards - exploiter experiences, credit card rate, and that companionship cancelled the best credit card.
I only ruined paid off a USD 6000 debt with 4 dissimilar credit cards. I would like to shut two credit card account and maintain the singles that cancelled payoffs and flight statute miles.
Would this impact my credit in any style?

Hold the cards. By keeping onto the cards you are safekeeping your uncommitted credit argumentation high. You do not want to afford yourself a high proportion of debt. Your credit will drop if you close it because your credit chronicle will be sawn as good.
